[ KIND REMIND About Liners and Helmet/ Gloves Size]

Please note that the outer shell are the same size, but the changeable liners make it different size. Usually it will help solve the size issue by changing the cheek pads.According to the customers’ feedback, most size fits well, but part of customers said our helmet size is smaller than normal helmet. You can select 1 size bigger if you’re worried.Once size doesn’t fits well while you receive the FreedConn motorcycle helmet Bluetooth, you can come to us for larger or smaller replacement liner.

[ KIND REMIND About Battery]

To preserve battery life, the battery may enter ” deep sleep mode” for long time no charge. You can charge it with 12~36 volts charge for 3 hours to reactive it. If it is not working, come to us for help. To avoid this happen, we suggest you to charge it at least 1 time a month, even if you don’t use it, especially in winter.To protect the battery port, please do not plug in the charge cable completely, leave a little space while charging.There is no indicator light if you don’t plug in the battery to the helmet while charging. When the helmet is under on status, the red light will flash while charging and blue light will flash after fully charged.

[ KIND REMIND Pairing]

Before the first time you pair 2 bluetooth mortorcycle helmet freedconn or with phone, please make sure the helmet is off status. Then press and hold the MFB button, DO NOT release until the blue and red light flash fast. If only blue light flash, that means you didn’t enter the pairing mode correctly. Just turn off the helmet and try again. We have operation video on our page.
