1. Turn on the car first, then press power button on remote to pair two items. 2. If two items do not in same frequency, the remote blinks.3. Push both lever towards upward, the car moves forward. Push both lever toward downward, the car moves backward.4. Push left lever upward while pushing the right lever downward, the car spin on the spot clockwise.5. Item does not work

If indicator light on the remote blinks red, it means the car and the remote is not in the same frequency.

To have the car work, first you need to pair the car with the remote control, if the car and the remote is not in the same frequency, then they may found the car not working. That’s to say, you will need to turn on the car first then press the power button on the remote.

Remote disconnect with car

It’s because the battery customer use is not good, motor’s low voltage protection has been triggered. Customer just need to buy more qualified batteries (like Alkaline battery &Carbon battery) put in the car, this problem will be fixed.

No battery or Charger

This remote control car is a non-rechargeable stunt car, so there is no need for a charger. Also as this car use dry batteries and the product come without battery equipped, so customer cannot find this two item. We suggest customer choose AAA rechargeable Alkaline or

Carbon battery.

The Battery Drys Out Fast

The remote control car of this kind will need a lot power to allow it make all kind of stunts. The normal playtime is about 15 minutes when fully charged, however if customer is using it during the cold weather they may find battery drys out fast than usually at low temperatures. If customer is using batteries that not of very good quality, then they will also fund battery run out fast.

Screw will not come out of battery area

The screw is designed to connected with the battery door (so that customer will not loss the screw by mistake), this means customer will not need to completely get the screw off from the battery door. Once it unscrewed, customer can open the battery door.

Missing items or accessories

This remote control car comes with 1 remote control car, 1 remote control, 1 manual. It is a non-rechargeable version, so there is no charger. And we do not provide battery for this item.

Can not use multiple car together

This car is using the same frequency so during the pairing step, if customer active two cars at the same time, one remote will try to connect with both two cars, and the result is no car can be paired successfully. Customer need to first finish the pairing separately, then they have use multiple car together. Each remote control a separate car without interference.
